Wind Chill: The wind has been blowing all night, and has been gusting to 21 mph. With a temperature of 7F, this brings the wind chill to approx. -11F. Go to the NOAA web site to learn more about this newly revised (2001) wind chill calculation. Needless to say, Drew and Kasha will probably not go for a long walk today, because Kasha tends to get chilled more quickly in her old age.
