SIGN OF SPRING?: I saw a crow carrying a tiny piece of a branch while flying into the woods, on Wednesday. Hmmm..maybe he knows something we don’t know…like spring is just around the corner…But, then again… there is still no sign of goldfinches or purple finches, or even of woodpeckers and chickadees, all of whom usually arrive at our feeder by around Feb. 15th.
