Icy Pond: Caesar Pond is now completely iced over. I hightailed it over there as soon as I got home from school to snap a few photos after sunset. We are getting quite excited as the pond offers up a great big playground during the winter months. I cannot wait until the ice is thick enough so that we can walk it from end to end, and around its perimeter. This is the time of year when we can spy all kinds of exciting tidbits that Mother Nature leaves for us to investigate. Remember last year’s owl print in the snow? How cool was that! Every year holds something new in store for us to discover.
