Happy Holiday to all our family and friends! We thought you all deserved something special, so we carefully crafted this handsome snowwoman for your enjoyment. This is the first day that the snow was sticky enough to work with as our temps. have been below freezing for most of the month of December. We really had to work fast as the temp. reached an amazing 48F yesterday. As soon as we snapped the photo, some of the accoutrements began falling off the snowwoman, and the head fell off by dusk. We got rain overnight, and half our snow is melted! Such is the weather in Maine;-) (Oh yeah…Drew really had a tight grip on Kasha as she wanted a piece of that big snowball next to her. You can see where she attacked the base of it just before the photo was snapped:-o)Snowflake Poetry: Laurie just penned a new winter poem which is on the mainenaturepoetry web site. Enjoy!
