WHITE-TAILED DEER: It gets dark around our neck of the woods by 5pm, and on our drive home from work last night we encountered two does and a young deer (I don’t know how old a fawn is considered to be, but this one was several months old) crossing the road at two separate parts of our trip; lots of activity out in the woods.
