Insect Mania: I have been going insect crazy with the camera! It is not just flowers that brighten the gardens, the insects are gorgeous as well. Insect Update: The Japanese Beetles, scourge of the gardens, have arrived. Ugh..I saw several of them yesterday, and today they are everywhere. Aughhhh…..can you hear them munching all my lovely sundrop flowers, roses, apple tree leaves, false mallow, and many more? On another note, there seem to be very few bees and butterflies this year.
